My first bike in 1996 was a Suzuki 100cc and quickly moved on to a Yamaha 650XJ. After that i got myself a decent bike, CBR600RR and absolutely loved it! I now own a S1K and to tell you the truth, it is a scary monster, but totally addictive! Overall, I'm quite a cautious rider even though I have wiped out before. Basically, I always try to improve my riding skills and do a lot of reading and talking to others to help me along. Well, thats me.

My name is Tim Clark and i work at a motorcycle shop called Biketique(we specialise in used BMW bikes), situated in Diep River, Cape Town. My family has been in the biking community forever! My great uncle was the first bike racer with Springbok colours, even going to the Isle of Man. My Uncle, John Clark was a National Superbike champion aswell as my Dad also racing nationals. I have been racing since October 2006 and raced in the short circuit championship aswell as our Powersort champioship till end of 2007. I then moved onto Superbikes and raced a Honda CBR600RR in 2008. For 2009 i raced a BMW R1200S in the Superbike class and achieved good results. I do sales and marketing at Biketique and hope to create good relationships in the biking community. For 2010 i am racing a BMW S1000RR which is a dream come true for me. Keep the throttle open #70
